CANCELLATION POLICY

1. NOTICE PERIOD

We request at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows us to reallocate our technicians efficiently.

2. VISITING CHARGES

No cancellation fee applies if cancelled before the technician departs. However, if the technician arrives at your doorstep and the service is then cancelled, a standard visiting/inspection charge will apply.

3. INDEPENDENT SERVICE STATUS

As an independent private service agency, we may cancel or refuse service if the device is found to be within its official manufacturer warranty period, as we specifically provide out-of-warranty repairs.
